libqscintilla2-l10n software package provides Scintilla source code editing widget for Qt4, translation files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libqscintilla2-l10n
libqscintilla2-l10n is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libqscintilla2-l10n package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libqscintilla2-l10n *
You will get with libqscintilla2-l10n package name, version, architecture and description in a table
